Terms of Service

The rules of the road for using Flux, the License Portal, and all TsWorldTech infrastructure.

Last updated: August 10, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Flux Portal at tsworldtechflux.dev/portal, downloading or installing any @tsworldtech/flux package, or using any associated service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account, generate a license token, or integrate the software into your application. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and authorized users.

2. Definitions

“Flux” refers to the browser-native state sync and offline resilience engine, including all published npm packages, service-worker templates, documentation, and the License Portal. “License Key” is a billing object (flux_starter_*, flux_pro_*, flux_ent_*) that unlocks tiered features. “Token” is the per-project, ES256-signed JWT credential used client-side for domain-bound feature unlocking. “Customer” is the entity that purchased the key. “End User” is any person who interacts with a Customer’s application that includes Flux.

3. License Grant & Tier Rules

Subject to payment and compliance, TsWorldTech grants Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Flux within the bounds of the purchased tier. Starter keys allow exactly one production domain and one linked project. Pro keys allow unlimited subdomains of the first registered domain and one linked project. Enterprise keys allow unlimited root domains and unlimited linked projects. All tiers enforce domain binding cryptographically via the signed token payload. Redistribution of the private ES256 signing infrastructure or circumvention of offline domain verification is strictly prohibited.

4. Account & Authentication

The Portal uses Supabase Auth with magic-link entry only. No passwords are stored by TsWorldTech. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account and for all activity that occurs under your account. TsWorldTech is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from email compromise. Enterprise accounts may designate additional team members; the account holder remains liable for their actions.

5. Payment & Billing

All payments are processed via Stripe or Flutterwave. Billing periods may be monthly, annual, or multi-year as selected at purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period unless cancelled. Annual plans are pre-selected by default in the billing UI. Currency preference (NGN, USD, GBP, EUR) is set in Account Settings and drives the processor and invoice currency shown. Price changes, if any, will be communicated via email at least 30 days before renewal.

6. Restrictions & Prohibited Use

You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the ES256 private signing key; (b) share a License Secret or License Token beyond the authorized project and its CI/CD environments; (c) use a key on domains not registered to its project, bypassing the signed domain[] array; (d) resell, sublicense, or transfer a Starter or Pro key to another entity; (e) scrape, spider, or automate access to the Portal outside of documented APIs; (f) interfere with the Web Locks, BroadcastChannel, or IDB mechanisms of another user’s browser. Violation may result in immediate key revocation without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

TsWorldTech retains all rights, title, and interest in Flux, including all code, trademarks, documentation, and cryptographic materials. Customer retains all rights to their own application code, end-user data, and database schemas. No ownership transfer is implied by this license. Feedback provided to TsWorldTech may be used to improve the product without obligation or compensation.

8. Data & Privacy

Use of the Portal is governed by our Privacy Policy. Flux’s client-side engine performs license verification entirely offline using the public key shipped in the package; no end-user browser sends data to TsWorldTech for license checks. Daily usage reports are sent from Customer’s own server infrastructure to TsWorldTech once per day and contain only aggregated event counts, domain metadata, and optional webhook-hit summaries. Customer is responsible for securing their own FLUX_LICENSE_SECRET and webhook endpoint.

9. Termination & Revocation

Customer may cancel at any time via the Portal Billing tab. Access continues until the end of the paid period, after which the key becomes inactive. TsWorldTech may suspend or revoke a key immediately for Terms violations, fraudulent payment, or key leakage detected via public-scan or customer-reported webhook hits. Revoked keys display a banner in the Portal; already-deployed instances continue to function only until their cached signing key expires or the token is rotated, at which point they downgrade to free-tier behavior.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TsWorldTech does not warrant that Flux will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every browser version. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TsWorldTech’s aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by Customer in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. TsWorldTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data loss on the Customer’s backend, or service-worker cache eviction by the browser vendor.

11. Changes to Terms

Material changes to these Terms will be posted in the Portal and sent to your registered email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of Flux or the Portal after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Non-material changes (clarifications, typo fixes) may take effect immediately.

12. Contact & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For support, billing disputes, or legal notices, contact support@tsworldtech.com or use the Support tab in the Portal. Enterprise customers may also use their designated Slack channel.
